We had a refrigerator, tea and coffee making equipment, and a dining area available. It had cribs, baby bathtubs, and high chairs for children, that's sweet. It was favourable close to everything.

It was excellant place for travelling to Florence, I was glad to stay there. Affable stuff, they gave nice tips. I was near to the center, most landmarks, and all major attractions thanks to its great location...

Tbh, the room was a bit hot.

The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to major attractions and the train station. the apartment was spacious and clean, providing plenty of room for our family. We also appreciated the extra amenities such as the two bathrooms and washing machine.

There were a few aspects of our stay that we didn't enjoy. the front door access was very difficult to figure out, which resulted in multiple attempts and physical effort to enter the hotel.
